How do i create in game chat tags?

Switching over from SH Chatbox hopefully it was worth it.

Suggestion: Add links so that people don't have to go to console to copy a link. EX: Player can use a format similar to HTML to add a link.

Help, I'm trying to join a server but whenever I do I instantly disconnect and this error explodes in the console:
