Oh, you need to add it to your download. Add "resource.AddFile("materials/<path to your image")" into a serverside file.

What does "other chats" and "global" mean? Not every server runs the same gamemode and setup.

This chat includes the ability to set titles to players and usergroups which needs to be stored. MySQL also allows cross-server titles.
