Update
- Added a notice when FPP blocks tool-gunning the entity.
- Attempts to fix that weird issue where you can see the room through the wall.
- Fixed UI saying there was always enough government.
Note
perfectVault.Translation.ToolGun.DeletePermissions and perfectVault.Translation.ToolGun.FPPCheck have been added to the sh_language config file. If you wish to port over your configs, ensure to add them.
Update
- Added the
pvault_remove_entconsole command used as an alternative for the toolgun remove feature.
Notes
- If you are having issues getting the remove targeting to work on entities, use this update. It adds a replacement console command that allows you to override the toolgun targeting and delete the entity directly. The command is
pvault_remove_ent. Ensure you are looking at the entity you wish to remove before running the command.
I recently did a complete rewrite of how the addon handles the implementation of spawning entities and pushed it as a beta. Having it been live for nearly 2 months, I have decided to release it as the main version of pVault. I have taken and resolved all reported issues in this update also. If you encounter issues with the addon please make a ticket with the details of the issue.
Update
- Fixed small validation error when using the lockpick to open the vault.
Notes
- Config is unaffected.
Resolved a weird model size issue causing the interface to miss-align.
Seems to have come out of nowhere for a lot of people. So ensure that you're using the newest model in all your content packs (Or use the one we provide, here)
Oops, left a debug tool making everyone spawn with masks.
Halloween update
- This update is in no way mandatory, it simply adds a Halloween themed mask that you can replace the current mask with.
- Halloween model, in both file and mounted to workshop. There are 3 different faces. Credit to
The One Free-Man - Integration of the option to use the pumpkin mask.
Changed files
- perfect_vault/lua/entities/pvault_mask/*
- perfect_vault/lua/perfectvault/core/sh_mask.lua
- perfect_vault/lua/perfectvault/config/sh_config.lua
This is only 1 option added, so you can port your current config and just add this option: perfectVault.Config.HalloweenModels = true

Update
- You can now put more money bags in than the limit, however they will not go above the limit, they will just get removed. This is to prevent bags being stuck on the map when the vault is full.
Update
- Added an option to disable negotiations with the NPC and instead be given an instant flat cut.
Credit
- Credit to Geekmarine72á´á´º for suggesting this.
Update
- The One Free-Man has created this very sexy floor vault and interior models so that we could release a 2nd vault type. This vault is designed to be a smaller version of the original vault. It maintains the stencil magic the bigger one has, but this time it goes into the ground!
Notes
- We hope you guys enjoy this update. We appreciate each of you who have decided to choose our heist system, so we want to ensure that you guys get lots of great content!
- I didn't get to test the new vault as much as I'd have liked to, so if you find any issues don't hesitate to open a support ticket.
- There is a new section in the config for the floor vault, so if you port your old config over make sure to add the new section.
- All workshop content has been updated with the latest models.
Update
- I saw a thread recently that was asking for masks to hide players identities. I thought that this addon would be a fitting addon to release a small update that integrates a mask system. This system is very basic, you can pick up a mask entity and using a specified keybind, equip and unequip the mask. Now, without being intrusive, there are not many ways for me to integrate native support for the
Masked Individualtext for overhead display ect. So I have created a class that you can apply in your user interface code that will work with my system. See the config for documentation on how that works. You're also welcome to open a ticket if you need a helping hand with that. - Cleaned the config. The config was a mess, it's now much cleaner. I heavily suggest moving your config over to that one.
- Swapped all
#player.GetAll()withplayer.GetCount(), this is a small but good optimization change. - Some other small backend stuff.
Note
- If moving to this version and not resetting your config, remember to move over the new Mask config options and the new language options if you want to keep your old configs.
- If there are any issues, just open a ticket and we'll sort it out.
Update
- Fixed a net message error when a user leaves the server.
