SDonate Donation System

If anyone needs help with getting this set up on their own, it is completely possible.

I will assist you for free. You will need a webhost/mysql server though.

If you are interested, shoot me a PM on gmodstore.

I feel like its safe to say the owner gave up and we wasted our money ;(

Please Update Plugin ^^

Will the latest version run without the SDonate API key? Or is it only a specific version? Gotta make the switch to self hosted I suppose

Ok so I joined the GMOD discord to find out the back story.

Apparently the dev that was working on SDonate has completely ghosted. He took his last payout on December 1st, and left the platform. He has set it up so that nobody else can maintain the plugin. Or nobody is willing to try, I guess it could go either way.

In any case, we are all screwed. Nobody has any suggestions other than finding another system to use. But all of our customers and data base information is gone forever. We can never get it back.

Anyone that can get a refund for what they paid, should certainly try. You will never get any where with this plugin.

This is insane. How are we not getting any responses from the people that know.

Just tell us what's wrong. Tell us to move on to something else. Whatever. Just communicate with us.

i have this error with latest version when someone is trying to buy..

Go to versions & download the latest. Once you have that you can go to https://sdonate.readthedocs.io and install SDonate on your own machine/host. Make sure you got a database ready, also, the sdonate API key isn't required anymore(you can fill in a random string).

Mufin™ Where? how?

People have money credited to their accounts.

I don't have a backup.

I need my data out of respect for donors.

I really hope that the webmaster will answer....

ShuarS Just get another donation system. The guy know that his website is down and he is just ignoring it. He doesn't care.
