Glad this was solved. The most recent reviews regarding it being down due to the servers burning down have been removed. Anything else has been left as it is.

I posted a comment earlier but apparently it didn't actually post, all services are back online now so everything should be operating properly again including hosted stores, emails and RCON commands. If you have any more issues let me know.

Tremble What do you mean? After updating all of your packages will be the same, unless you mean transferring packages from your store on the free hosting to your own web server, in which case you'll need to make a ticket.

Apologies for the long delay, I only just got back. An update has been uploaded which removes unnecessary API calls so you can install/use SDonate on your own web host. The only things not working for now are emails and RCON commands, which both require special solutions which probably aren't compatible with the majority of users web hosting solutions. RCON commands are only used for Ark servers (and CSGO/other Source servers if your're not using the Sourcemod plugin, which isn't advised anyway). A solution is being worked on to get users stores on the free hosting back online as soon as possible, however this may take some time. Again, I apologise for this whole situation and understand everyone's frustrations, this was an extremely unfortunate time for this to happen and I appreciate your patience.

I think you need to take out the phone-home requirement your script currently has. Otherwise, you're liable when shit like this happens. I usually modify bits of scripts I buy from here and one of the first things I did after I bought this script was remove the code that requires a connection to your website to work because it's just not necessary (and I wanted to be able to use multiple paypal accounts).

Please, you already store PayPal email address in the local database, just add a field for it in the script itself and run off that instead.

I've been unfortunately informed (after waiting on hold for 2 hours) that there's been a fire in the data center where the central SDonate servers are hosted. All data is regularly backed up to an offsite location so nothing has been lost but all remote access is cut off so the server is unable to be accessed at this time. Again, I offer my sincere apologies for the extreme inconvenience caused and will work to get all services online as soon as possible as well as remove all API requirements from self-hosted SDonate stores as soon as possible to prevent a similar situation occurring in future. This is an extremely inconvenient time for this to happen and I understand everyone's frustrations and will work to rectify this as soon as possible.

Finally some news, it's good to hear!

A network crash that comes at the wrong time....

But the service will come back.

Apologies for the extreme inconvenience caused, I'm currently on holiday without access to my laptop so have no access to the main server to see what's going on. I'm currently contacting my hosting provider to see what's going on and will keep everyone updated.

There was a security update at the end of May. So I guess it's an access problem only and not an abandonment. But since the developer is always silent, it is impossible to know...

If you used to host it on the free hosting service offered by SDonate you lost all the data you had and would need to set this up on your own domain.

if anyone needs support i can remove all api access from script, just add me on discord
