How can i add permanent weapons-package? Is it custom lua? I dont understand how and couldnt fint anything on the document-page.

So I did everything the instructions told me to do, but when I use the sdonate link it's totally blank or my browser says it won't work. I used 5 complete different browsers, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Safari (my phone), and steam itself from within my server on Garry's Mod. I need some help on what to do, or if I am missing a step or something because I can't reach the menu that is in the pictures.
