Before I end up buying, what makes this different from Prometheus?

I need help. I put this custom commands oxide.grant group VIPWOOD for it to grant permission on the group VIPWOOD but with only this oxide.grant group VIPWOOD it won't give permission to anyone do I need to put like [SteamID] or something like that or it makes that automatically,

I think it would be cool to have it so a package can be more multiple games so you can have something like "VIP" on all you servers with one package.

I've a question before buy it, my server has alot of whitelist (for jobs), does the Donation System can reconize the Groups to put ActualGroup + V.I.P ?

@Webmaster, I linked my steam account (which had the admin panel access) to another account I created using my Sdonate website. Now that I did that I lost admin permissions and cannot find a way to access them. How do I get them back? (Without having to use any FTP stuff, I strictly was keeping it through Sdonate).

@Webmaster, they do show up but before it even goes through could we get it so it has a different status. "On Hold" as the status maybe?

@obj They should appear after the payment has cleared, please open a support ticket if this is not the case.

People who buy packages with echeque don't show up on the admin dashboard at all, can we get support or that?

Also your web version has some permission issues with linunix, specifically php scripts trying to change things like images, im still trying to solve this myself, however i believe that the fix may fall in adding chown for php scripts to change directory's now this can be down on user side or I believe it can actually be done in php scripts however i believe that there are more file variables associated with this since it poses risk in security, more research would have to be done but if you genuinely show interest in providing support to fix these issues than i may be willing to return the refund. I understand the struggle of developing something on such a large scale which is why i believe i may have been rash, however this is a fairly good product just it has some issues that get in the way of overall reliablity

@Webmaster My apologies I was a bit rash in that reply, however there is an issue with MySQL just not with strict, its related to timestamps. Cannot login to my store at all, put a ticket in yesterday, no reply at all. Commented on his steam now twice to reply but still no joy.
