@Layne Hoon The two are totally different. CAC's purpose is to detect the execution of LUA scripts (so cheats mostly) clientside (that excludes bypasses that are quite widespread nowadays for this anticheat). This anticheat works at the server level (so no bypass) to analyze the players' actions and commands in various ways to determine if he is using any kind of cheat. The reason you might want to use both is that CAC can be useful to detect the execution of simple LUA cheats or anything clientside LUA that SimpLAC doesn't do (wallhacks, exploit menus etc.). Do note though that CAC is not being updated anymore (other than fixing it when gmod updates break it).
