Yes, but to modify all at once. Not each car individually. You can pick starting health and how much it gets damaged in the menu.

The error is because you messed up the NPC settings file mate. You can change it, you made a mistake in the settings file. Read carefully and try again. And ELS is a separate project.

i noticed on the land rover defender the exhaust comes out of the air intake not the exhaust pipe that is located under the back of the truck.

If I buy this and would like vcmod2 when it comes out will I have to buy that also, or is it just a update? And also, this is my first time buying something from here, how do updates work, can I just download the file again?

Hm, try deleting your settings : delete garrysmod/data/vcmod folder. I will patch this up later, but for now that should do the trick.
