Hopefully this week. VCMod1 updates are somewhat done. ELS stuff needs abit of rework. Also adding features to the ELS that will change how its used completely. Big improvements. Also a new website needs work. All takes time. But yeah, working on it 4-8 hours daily.

Does the driver take DMG when a player is shooting at him? Same for other user into the car
Selling cars, check your NPC settings in the tab, refund price, etc. Set that. The car explode thing, well yeah, it changes velocity from 0 to 100 km/h in a milisecond. It would do that.
The speedometer is for VCMod 2 actually.
Watching the next update preview video. I can also see advanced engine sounds synced with a speedometer. The Speedometer thing will be for a future update, I think.
