As discussed, the issue is not caused by VCMod. As for the drive by damaging your car, so many things can override the bullet penetration hook, aswel as custom weapons not designed to have vehicles in mind.

You can not do that yourself, you can leave a ticket with a list of vehicles you wish data for added, however.

How do I add passenger seats to a car that doesn't have them by default? I have many cars I want to use but I can't because have no seats available. I tried looking through the lua files but I can't find anything related to this that works.

i know this is a big ask but is there anyway the dealer npc can be made to allow people to purchase entities like the star wars vehicles?
