Is it possible to allow all vehicles to spawn already destroyed and a player have to repair them to use them?

Mate, im no one to say anything bad about this mod, im no one and nothing but holy shit mate 25$ for a mod? I know it's lower cause of the sale or whatever but it's still 19$, the game costs only 10$, and without the game, the mod wouldn't have been made in the first place! I know there's a lot of coding going on combined with a lot of hard work but i still think the price should be no more than 10$. If im spending 175kn on a mod, i might aswell buy a new game! Again, im no one and nothing to say anything against the mod itself, i personally think it's great, awesome and very well made but at the same time i think the price is a little high.

heres a good idea: maybe make it possible so that the driver can lean left and right while in the vehicle? this would be useful so the driver could look out the rear window as they are backing up.
