when will vcmod 2 be released when will the new damage system for the tyres and windows be added to vcmod and will you add the a.i from vcmod 2 over to vcmod

It disables the use of lights and horns of the cars.

What other horn sounds? There are two ingame which both are working.

OH. I thought it meant like adjust the seat. Also, I see other horns in the files, (and in a video), but I can't seem to get them in-game.

@kill_em_all_4_u2: that update brought seat types to VCMod. Some vehicles (like ambulances) have seats where people are laying down.

And the menu, thats odd. Might just be slow servers.

I seen an update where it said, "Laying Down Seats", something like that. But I don't see the controls for it. Also, the update section in the menu is glitched. (I can't click any tabs)

Well, yes, they are auto streamed to you, someone has to do the actual code, tho, hah.
