Nice VAC ban Rustic7. 2 years on the account and coming up on 1 year anniversary of the ban. You should see my 2 steam accounts 10 and 11 years no VAC bans. Feel that burn? Don't get mad, that would somehow be detrimental to your character or some generic ignorant attempt at slandering.
@freemmann Watched one of the dropbox videos of the driving, Camera in third-person looks awsome! are you planning on adding the Driving mechanics as seen in the video? seems like the vehicle handles way different in the video and the screeching sounds and the dirt lifting off the grass, and are you ever planning on adding that odometer?

Never. Even if I would stop selling it, I would never put it up for free. It would simply not be fair for the people who supported me.

Yes. Trying my arse off to push it out as soon as possible. Added the last feature that needed to be added today (Can now select which groups can alter which VCMod settings). Next: test all serverside settings (clientside are done), put it on a public server for a day to test it out. While its testing add the one last thing (security). Then make a video of it and release.

As I said, I can give you around 10 videos showcasing my progress on it throughout this whole time.
Remember how VCMod works. Its first done in VCMod2, then ported over to VCMod1. This process is about time consuming. So I have decided to recode the whole structure. Now parts of it will be streamed. Serverside code has been redone completely, with categorised performance handlers. (Devides the load into several sections, prioritises what needs more power to run). Serverside performance increased by 800% or so.

All of this needed the original code to be completley redone for any of this to take affect. This was a one time only restructure. I had to finally split up VC2 into regular addons.
All of this together with the language adding tool, auto updates, even a small DRM. It takes time mate. And my personal life has not been the best for allowing alot of time to work on it.

Futher, "you have an odd fondness of hashtags" is an odd, weak and childish comment attempting to disparage or insult me directly. I really don't give a single fuck about what 'big updates' you have planned and have been working on, I have simply asked you repeatedly to update the packages to include simple .txt files you supposedly already have and you have refused on numerous counts. Why should 1815 people have to send you a ticket to make all of the outstanding vehicles work when you can simply update it for all and be done with it? It's really not that hard. The last time I asked you for some simple data files you sent them to me in 'the new format' and basically told me to fuck off about getting them in the old format so I didn't have to update and rewrite all of my overrides to support the new vcmod format. You don't understand backwards compatibility, nor do you care; which is oddly reminiscent of garry himself. You don't care at all that your product needs to be modified by experienced coders to fit into various gamemodes properly because you only run it in singleplayer and think that it's amazing when it absolutely fails in multiplayer in many aspects; so you just go keep reinventing the wheel instead of providing better support. You need to get down from Mount Olympus and maybe have to lose all your gained money to realize you're a person just like the rest of us and maybe then you will learn to provide better customer support.

Also, selfish. Not hard to simply add the data files to vc main and els as a small update as you go rather than hide behind "there's a big update coming" or "send me a ticket to get them". You certainly have the right to choose how you handle customer support and I have the right to point out to everyone how disgruntled I am as a PAYING CUSTOMER, which you always seem to fail to remember. You chose to 'go into business' so you will eventually have to learn the hard way that customer support is priority #1 and your arrogant, selfish attitude towards CS can cost you.
You have an odd fondeness of hashtags. I have spent 2 months creating the car dealer alone, redone pretty much every peace of line of not only this, but 2 other addons. (VC2 mostly). Added around 5 new features to VCMod Main (for free ofcourse) and configured around 200 vehicles (added new and updated).
I have around 20 videos to showcase the feature updates with time stampes.
And I had willingly given out the data scripts to anyone who have asked me for them.
That plus the fact that I had to put the whole project on hold to finish college + a new medical problem + having to start my life after college + personal stuff getting in the way (alot for some reason as of late).
