Cuffs - Handcuffs and Restraints

Different restraints have different settings. Tactical restraints are weakest, but also very effective against someone that's running. Shackles are the opposite, they're the strongest but take a while to apply, so you'll have to either take your target by surprise or ask them to stand still for you.

It's basically a ziptie vs chaining someone up. Ziptie is obviously much easier.

Would be nice if you could use them on people while running. Seems gimmicky.
