The seats per job thing, that might be doable, but I need to do some time to study the best way of doing this. The people inside cars thing, I was thinking to include a damage system that would check the closest passenger to where you shot on the car, so it would inflict damage onto him. So that would work also. And you can lock the car easilly. Go to your personal settings controls and hover over the keyboard checkbox. Or somewhere in controls, cant remember. It says full list of controls, you can already lock your car like that.

Just a suggestion, don't know if it is possible but it would be awesome if you could make it so a car has restricted seats for jobs. Example: There is a SWAT Van and it would be nice if only TEAM_SWAT could drive. Other jobs would be placed in any other seat besides the driving seat. Another suggestion is to allow a battering ram to get everyone out of the car, not just the driver. One final suggestion is being able to lock your car from the inside so randoms cannot jump into your car while driving. Thanks for the awesome addon by the way.

Hey. Serverside performance suffers also no impact. Clientside, each car, on average, has 250 lights (excluding the ELS ones). All lights handelled manually clientside, all data is sent in chunks and only the ones that need to be sent for a specific task. If you do encounter your server being lagged from lights, there are plenty of ways to reduce it. In the options menu you can check to disable headlights, turn them off instantly if car left alone, etc. Same with all there other light types. Each client if its too laggy for him can reduce the light visuals to gain FPS or turn them off completely. Basically this was made in mind to make it as less costly to run as possible with having the same visuals. So I wouldn't worry about lag too much.

No it broke to hell with gmod updates so i removed it. I will add this later on. After the next few updates. Obviously the trailers will have working loghts too as before.

In your description, you said VCMod started as a little baby script to automatically stick a trailer on a truck. Does it still do that?
