how do you edit controls such as disabling r for some cars (colision with photon system)

Updated:

1. Added an update checking to the chat window for admins
2. fixed the light issues, added a few lights, fixed a few more
3. fixed the NPC exploit (hopefully)
4. Fixed a few errors here and there

Yaa i also have a few "broken" cars beside that one i just noticed...

Oh. So that's why my lights have been bugged.

I know, the last time I compiled the data files of the lights there was a tiny error, so the options got mixed up abit, will update in an hour fixing all the bugs with lights.
