Hey, I have given full developer support for such things. VCMod's car dealer does support this. William added this in just days ago. So yes, his car dealer fully supports that.

One question, on our Server, if the vehicle loose a wheel or get damaged, it will safe the data. When the People come next day or something, the car spawns (Williams Car Dealer) with empty fuel, and same damage as the day before. Is it possible that the car is 100% repaired and full at spawning, and where could We config that?

Yes, this will work on anygame. Apart from if the gamemode disallows you to spawn in vehicles. Such as TTT. It'll work but it'll be pointless.

This addon works on any game mode?
