I would be more than happy to use the old version, but as you can see from your ticket queue, I opened a ticket on the 8th of February asking for the updated vehicle scripts and never received a response. This is partly where my frustration comes from. You claim to support developers, then when I go through the proper channels to get something, I receive no response for almost 30 days.

When we do "E" for my riding in a car in second seat , it does not work !

@freemmaann, honestly I think he's a little selfish, immature 5 year old, pointlessly arguing constantly, just like a 5 year old demanding that his mother buys him candy.

I have tried to message bob privately over the matter. He determanded that it was more officient to do it here since it "keeps people informed".

I would gladly simply provide a refund for him (partial) and he is always offered the choice to simply not update and use his beloved outdated version.

Absolutely F***ing incredible! The amount of effort you put in. People will give you stick for it, but to what you have done...nice going.

I never once specified in the description that my code is available to be edited mate. You bought the rights to its use, not to be able to go through my work and modify it to your will.

The fact that VCMod is your only source of income isn't anyone's problem but your own, and I really wish you'd stop trying to pull on the communities heart-strings. You offer a product, and prior to now you've left the source code open to the public. You have now removed the ability to modify/access the source code which was not what we purchased.

I also understand that. But, as you probably know, VCMod is my only source of income in real life. I would never risk to gain a distrust of my clients. Ofcourse, its all a matter of trust, or you can run antivirus software that would detect possible exploits such as CAC or somethign as such.

the fact that i can't see the code in my editor with local files 100% puts me off updating

@Braxen: Its understandable. I am going to include a hook system and way to override parts of the code by developers. Make a full wiki of things available.

If you wish I can fully support you through this modding process.

I am already adding personal controls server override, settings, etc. Some hooks to start off.

Repair tool is not broken, You have to be next to engine for it to work ^^

Still can't understand why my third person view simply isn't working. Could it be the TDM cars I'm using or what? Also receiving reports of the repair tool being broken.

Sorry, to clarify: I will ofcourse continue to update SF addons, but you will not have to update it manually yourself, it will be an automated process.

You did not delete the older VCMod files, simply overwritten. This warning tells you what.
